I wanted to take the time to show you what it takes to become a bodybuilding female. A lot of women out there get bored with life. It's just like everything turns into a mundane routine. You get up, you go to work, you come home eat, watch TV and go to bed. Life wasn't designed to be stagnant like that. What happens to women is that they start to question if this is all that life has to offer. The thing that most people don't realize is that as human beings we crave routine, but we also craves challenges and purpose. People often forget to challenges and purpose to make like interesting. That is how I become a bodybuilding female because I wanted a challenge and I wanted some purpose to my day other than working for money to pay the bills.
I think wanting a challenge in your life is extremely important to making this work. This is a very long-term process and it's hard. It's not a walk in the park. You have to want it BAD. You have to be willing to move forward every single day for months and months. This can be tough for a lot of people because we live in a society of instant gratification. If someone wants to buy something, they don't save their money for it, they use their credit card.
The other side of the question for bodybuilding females is a purpose. Challenging yourself is great, but you have to striving in some sort of direction. That is why a goal is so important. The best thing you can strive for is winning a competition. It's always going to drive you forward, especially if you sign up in advance because you'll definitely not want to show unprepared.
